Tip of the Iceberg
"We're not quite sure, what's going on, but everything's okay now. Trust us."
Update II:T-Com have issued a statement admitting 'security problems'. The spokesperson stressed the point, that the telephone and mobile telephone network were not affected. This, however, must be taken with a grain of salt: one of the many customers of OBSOC Intraselect is Deutsche Telekom Networks, Projects & Services GmbH - the company running the T-Online network!
In other words, nobody - including anybody from the CCC - is yet fully aware of the consequences. The things admitted in T-Coms statement are just the tip of the iceberg.
Also noteworthy: all customer portals and ftp-upload servers remain offline, i.e. while all the hosted webpresences are still reachable, currently no T-Com customer can modify their webpresence.
This should remain interesting for weeks!

And whatever we will get to hear from the Telekom, will be just that. They do have a selfinterest/responsibility to their shareholders, so they won't tarnish their image more than is absolutely necessary.
Given the very apologetic nature of a lot customers, no matter wether it relates to an application of the Stockholm Syndrome or the Cognitive Dissonance Theory, any kind of acknowledgement (even it's saying hardly anything) will be enough to satisy people.
My only hope that this gets the attention it deserves is that either official places become active (like the "Datenschutzbeauftragter" or the "Staatsanwalt") and that more journalists make research into that story and by doing that can uncover more information.

I very much agree. ;)
