Today I finally went for a coffee with Michel again. He's one of the founders of surprising.enterprises and although I'm meanwhile part of its organization team I haven't spoken to him in private for a couple of months now - we're both pretty busy people these days...

One of Michel's traits is that he doesn't do small talk. There is no real difference between working with him or just having a coffee. If he was a merchant instead of a coach, he would be giving away half of his inventory and only selling the other ;-)

Besides that, though, I always walk away from a meeting with him freshly inspired. He sure walks his talk: Living a fulfilling life by simply "doing what's yours" (and making sure, that enough people will pay you for it.)

And then I realize that that's exactly what I'm doing too, meanwhile ;-) So, thanks, Michel!
