Once again mysterious, outlandish(!) results from my refererlogs... I might be mistaken, but can anybody confirm, that this is welsh? Phew, at least I found the trackback URL ;-)

Yes, that's Welsh. They sometimes translate bits of it into English for those not able to read Welsh (like me). If you comment in English they might answer, but no guarantuee that they will. I've been following it for a while, they frequently have very interesting links.
