What a day!
12:30 p.m. Mascha calls me on the mobile (I'm at the supermarket) and tells me that the water has broken. Perhaps we should go to the hospital? We bring Josh to our wonderful neighbours Liza and Manfred. Mascha has packed everything already days ago. The contractions are coming regularily every four minutes already... better take a taxi.
13:30 we arrive at the clinic - and none too soon...
just one hour later(!) at 14:32 Sam is here! We still can't quite believe how fast and well everything went... He's 54 cm tall and weighs 3.7kg!

At 18:00 I return home to pick up Josh from Liza and Manfred.
Two hours later Mascha and Sam are home, too.
Right now, everybody except yours truly, is sleeping peacefully. Wow! I think, I'm gonna go join them ;-)

Hallo Mascha & Tom, Best wishes to your new addition and also a merry X-mas. we enjoyed reading your blog, Tom, and hope that you can tame the Tasmanian Devil.
